What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 16 days. If 16 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you an in store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any sale items are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate goods.
Cost of return shipping is responsible by the buyer.
Do things fit true to size?
We strive to carry full run sizes of all items. We do note in descriptions how items fit and if a sizing increase is recommended. Please note these are based on our opinions and not the manufacturer.
How fast is shipping?
At the time of checkout, you will be asked to choose the method of shipping you prefer. We typically ship the same business day, but at the maximum it will take 3 days to ship out orders.
When do pre-orders ship?
Any item that states it is a pre-order item could take anywhere from 2-45 days to ship. We do try to only purchase items that are pre-order in 2-15 days.
